An exceptional, highly awarded Kentucky Straight Bourbon distilled at the historic Green River Distilling Co. (originally the Owensboro Distilling Co.). Crafted from a classic sour mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, it is aged for a minimum of two years and bottled at a robust 101 proof (50.5% ABV) without chill-filtration. This results in a phenomenally rich, full-bodied, and flavor-packed bourbon that boasts an incredible balance of sweet caramel and lively rye spice.
NOSE
Classic and inviting aromas of deep caramel, toasted vanilla bean, warm cinnamon, and a hint of fresh mint.
PALATE
Thick, oily, and highly robust. Lush flavors of butterscotch and dark fruit are quickly met by a fiery, warming wave of peppery rye spice and heavy oak.
FINISH
Long, warm, and exceptionally satisfying, leaving a lasting trail of sweet brown sugar and dry spice.
