Longrow 100 Proof
Longrow 100 Proof is a bold Campbeltown single malt bottled at 57.1% ABV (100 Proof), delivering an intense yet remarkably balanced whisky experience. Matured in a carefully selected combination of casks, it offers exceptional depth while preserving the distillery’s unmistakable maritime character.
On the nose, expect aromas of campfire smoke, toasted oak, vanilla, citrus zest, and subtle coastal salinity. The palate is rich and full-bodied, revealing layers of sweet malt, caramel, baking spices, grilled citrus, earthy peat smoke, and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long, warming, and satisfyingly smoky with lingering oak spices.
Despite its higher strength, Longrow 100 Proof remains beautifully balanced and rewards both neat sipping and the addition of a few drops of water to unlock even more complexity.
Longrow Peated NV 46% vol
Longrow Peated NV is the flagship expression of the Longrow range and an excellent introduction to Campbeltown’s peated style. Distilled twice using heavily peated malt, this whisky balances smoky intensity with classic Springbank craftsmanship.
The nose opens with gentle wood smoke, creamy vanilla, orchard fruits, honey, citrus peel, and a subtle maritime freshness. The palate is soft yet complex, featuring sweet malt, ripe apples, pears, light spices, toasted oak, and elegant earthy peat smoke. The finish is clean, medium to long, with lingering smoke, vanilla, and gentle coastal notes.
Unlike heavily medicinal Islay whiskies, Longrow Peated offers a more refined and balanced peat profile, making it approachable while still satisfying experienced peat enthusiasts.
