Tobermory 21 Year Old is an exceptional, unpeated single malt Scotch whisky crafted at the island’s sole distillery on the Isle of Mull. Having matured for over two decades—including an extensive finishing period in fine Oloroso sherry casks—it pours a deep, glowing mahogany hue. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet of dried fruits, dark chocolate, treacle, orange marmalade, and seasoned oak wood. On the palate, its 46.30% ABV strength delivers a rich, velvety mouthfeel packed with layered flavors of caramelized nuts, sultanas, ginger spice, baked apples, and a subtle wave of maritime salinity, leading into a long, lingering, and beautifully balanced sherry-wood finish.
