Masterfully curated by legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker, this single malt undergoes an ultra-slow fermentation process to develop a rich, ester-forward fruity character before being laid down in premium wood.
It is a big, bold, and flavor-packed dram with a heavy sherry cask influence. The nose greets you with layers of rich heather honey, dark chocolate, treacle, and sticky raisins. On the palate, it delivers a silky, full-bodied experience bursting with marzipan, orange zest, warming mocha, butterscotch, and a light dusting of grated nutmeg, leading into a long, satisfyingly complex finish.

How to Consume

Neat: Pour 1.5 to 2 oz into a tulip-shaped Glencairn glass. Let it sit for a few minutes to breathe, allowing the complex sherry and honey aromas to open up.

With Water: Because it is bottled at a robust 46% ABV, adding just a few drops of pure, room-temperature water can lower the alcohol burn and unlock hidden fruit and spice notes.

Over Ice (On the Rocks): If you prefer a chilled dram, add one large, slow-melting ice sphere. Note that chilling dampens some aromatic complexities, but yields an exceptionally smooth sip.
