This Plantation selection of Panama Rum is a marriage of 19 casks. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021, the casks spent a dozen years in ex-Bourbon barrels maturing in Panama before spending a further year ageing in 400-litre French oak casks in France. Bottled at 47.5% ABV.
