Description
This release is a blend of pot and column still rums that has its origins in three distinct rum producing islands: Barbados, Mauritius and Fiji. The molasses and cane juice rum was tropically matured in ex-bourbon casks and moved to France for an additional year in ex-Ferrand Cognac cask. There are juicy notes of gooseberry and quince which give way to vanilla fudge, prune and tonka bean on the palate.
