White Heather 15 Year Old delivers a full-bodied whisky with exceptional balance between honeyed sweetness and subtle peat smoke.
Undertaking a complex dual maturation system, the whisky began its life in American ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, as well as a quantity of Spanish sherry butts. Once carefully blended, the spirit was re-racked into specially selected Pedro Ximenez and oloroso puncheons, along with American virgin oak casks, to enjoy secondary maturation at The Glenallachie Distillery.
White Heather 15 Year Old is proudly presented at a high strength of 46% abv, natural colour and non chill filtered, allowing the quality of the liquid within every bottle to speak for itself.
