Aroma: A wonderful maritime balance. Clear notes of sweet coastal smoke, smoked ham/bacon, and seaweed/brine, underpinned by G&M’s signature sweet distillery character of honey, vanilla, and sweet malt.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, slightly oily. Initially sweet with flavors of vanilla and toffee, quickly giving way to clean, medicinal peat smoke, dry ashes, and black pepper spice. Notes of lemon zest and brine are usually present.

Finish: Long, warm, and drying. The clean peat smoke persists elegantly, balanced by a final, pleasant wave of sweetness and oak spice
