• Palate: Strong, full-flavored, and unaged. Features immediate, clean flavors of spicy rye, cereal grain, rosemary, and aniseed. It has a smooth texture for its proof, with an underlying sweetness of vanilla and graham cracker.

• Finish: Short to medium, clean, and gripping. Leaves a zesty lemon/citrus note alongside a final burst of red pepper and herbal spice.
