This independent bottling has been sourced from the Dailuaine Distillery where it was distilled in 2007. It was then placed in a single refill Sherry Butt and left to mature for no less than 14 years before it was bottled at 54.1% abv in 2021. Outturn of only 573 bottles.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fruity notes of peach and apple, crushed toasted walnuts and dark caramel.
Palate: Malty and meaty, sherried fruits and salted butter and dry smoke.
Finish: White pepper, Christmas cake spice and sherried fruits.
