Description

From Gordon & MacPhail’s Distillery Labels range comes a 2003 vintage Longmorn single malt, drawn from a combination of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. It was bottled in 2018 at 43% ABV, and comes boasting an enjoyably retro label.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Lemon and thyme, with a hint of caramel bringing sugary sweetness to the nose.

Palate: Sherried notes begin to take shape on the palate, with fruitcake, milk chocolate and a touch of cinnamon.

Finish: Black liquorice, chocolate again and soft vanilla pod.
