A unique local creation. Crafted by slow-pressing and fermenting white and red, late harvest grapes. Careful oak ageing adds structure and style. It pours an amber hue with perfumed aroma and flavours of honey, pear, stone fruit and spice. The finish is balanced and complex. Serve on its own or with mildly spiced dishes.
