You can check the website at a later date to see if an item is back in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot create a back order for a product that is out of stock, so its best to act quickly.

Product deals featured online are not available for purchase in-store, online only.

Gift Cards purchased online can only be used to buy products from our online shop.

We also have physical gift cards that can be purchased for use in our shop if you stop by our location.

All credit card payments for online orders are not processed until the order is viewed by our Management, once we establish the order can be filled and meets our requirements as outlined in our terms of use, we will then finalize the transaction. If an item is not in stock, at the time you place your order, we will notify you and reverse the authorization for the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order. Orders cannot be held or combined. Please ensure that all the information on your order is correct before submitting it. If there are any errors, you will be responsible for any additional fees or shipping costs.

We will have your order ready for pick-up within 1-3 business days, however, we will aim to have your order available as soon as possible. We will notify you via email or phone as soon as your order is available for pick-up.
