Shipping Policies

Our Canada Post pick ups are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders that are paid for before 2PM MST will go out on the next scheduled pick up. Orders that are received on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on Statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it’s received by Canada Post. You will be able to track your delivery status online.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Locations
Delivery outside of Airdrie will be shipped via Canada Post to areas that are eligible. Signature of an adult who is at least 18 years old will be required. If there is not an adult there to receive the order it will be returned to the nearest postal outlet for pick up. Rates are based on bottle quantity and shipping location.

Insurance
We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our store we are no longer liable for it.

Shipping insurance is provided by the third party carrier (Canada Post) which is an optional purchase by the customer. Liability is limited to the third party carriers own policies.


Return Policies

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our goal to ensure that all products supplied to our customers are in great condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@sierraspringsliquor.ca when you receive your order with details of the product and the defect. Please include photos if possible. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

When we receive the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Processing
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

For all returns, please follow the following instructions to ensure that products are received in perfect condition and your returns can be processed quickly:

Return a copy of your invoice to us with the items that you are returning highlighted. Please note the quantity and reason(s) for return against each item on your invoice.

Please ensure to pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging to prevent possible damage while in transit and include the completed invoice or returns form

Fix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other address labels are shown.

Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order. Orders cannot be held or combined. Please ensure that all the information on your order is correct before submitting it. If there are any errors, you will be responsible for any additional fees or shipping costs.
