In a creative partnership with Strange Fellows Brewing, their team dove into Field House Brewing techniques to enhance hop flavors in a unique way. By incorporating a Citra hop kick, an innovative essence of pure hop deliciousness, and experimenting with our newfound favorites, HBC586 and HBC1019, we created a distinct pale ale. This site is distinguished by its vibrant hop notes, offering a taste spectrum from peach candies to fresh guava, showcasing our commitment to brewing craftsmanship and flavor exploration.
