Confluence Pink Gin (41% abv)

With a colour inspired by prairie sunsets and the flavour by tropical climates, pink Gins are characterised by their sweet aromas and palates, separating them from their predecessor, the traditional London dry. This Gin gets its sweet citrus punch from grapefruit, lemon grass, and chamomile. For complexity and balance, they added the spiciness of ginger and Thai chili. This gin makes a perfect G&T and classic Negroni.
