This is a blend of first, second, third fill ex-bourbon cask matured rum, presented at 58.4%ABV, and an absolute stunner. It’s a bottle strength that might seem intimidatingly high, but is surprisingly easy across the palate, and of course, you can add a splash of water which opens and releases many more flavours.
