This  cask strength expression from Utah’s High West Distillery is a vatting of straight Bourbon and straight Rye whiskeys, aged in new oak casks for a period of 6 to 10 years. This release is unique due to the additional 7-month finishing in Petite Sirah barrels.

Nose: Cherries, blackberries, freshly baked pie crust and fig jam.

Palate: Rich plum, red currents, red grapes, Cinnamon Graham cereal

Finish: Long, with a subtle sweetness and the  cherry following through from the nose.
