Tasting Notes :

• Aroma: Intense and bold, featuring deep notes of caramel, dark cherry, and sweet corn. The high proof amplifies the signature spicy rye component, balanced by sweet vanilla and toasted oak.

• Palate: Full-bodied and fiery, with an oily texture. A powerful rush of baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and black pepper from the high rye mash bill. This spice is balanced by rich flavors of toffee, dark dried fruit, and brown sugar.

• Finish: Very long, warm, and assertive. Leaves a sustained, spicy heat (the “Kentucky Hug”), lingering with notes of cinnamon stick, charred oak, and dark cocoa.
