The spirit was aged in Bourbon barrels, before being bottled at 54.2% ABV. The end result is a classic Irish whiskey, with notes of sweet caramelised malt, light grain, vanilla, toffee, wild berries, apples, pears, ginger, creamy honey, light oak and gentle peppery spice.
