The small Hebridean island of Jura has 212 inhabitants and one distillery, founded in 1810 and closed between 1901 and 1963. Journey shows the classic Jura house style, with amber gold colour and aromas of coconut, vanilla, and banana. Pecan pie, cinnamon, and pear flavours follow with a soft finish. Try with pecan pie.
