Nose: Aromatic, rich and full of citric fruits, vanilla toffee, ginger, pepper and grist.
Palate: Tannic, with further spices amongst the barley, golden syrup and damp earth.
Finish: Unexpectedly gently smoked, with later zesty marmalade on toast flavours.
