Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002 Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky belongs to the Cask Strength Collection of Signatory Vintage and matures for 23 years in the Refill Hogshead. Distilled: 31 July 1996 Bottled: 06 March 2020 Cask number: 2099+2103 Limited to 458 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Light gold. Nose: Fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate, mocha. Taste: Fresh and fruity notes, chocolate, biscuit. Finish: Long lasting.
