Nose: Burst of sweet vanilla, complex oak, Acacia honey, dried apricots and white grapes.
Palate: Notes of dried fruits, green apples, anise, creamy honey and buttery pastry.
Finish: satisfyingly long and drying finish with spices (hot cinnamon) and fresh bread.
