Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Very sweet and inviting, with prominent notes of butterscotch, vanilla, caramel corn, and rich brown sugar. Underlying hints of toasted oak, orange peel, and light rye spice.
Palate: Smooth, medium-bodied, and rich for a 40% ABV whisky. Flavors of toffee, honey, and vanilla with some dried fruit (apricot/fig), cocoa, and a gentle spicy warmth from the rye and oak.
Finish: Medium length, mellow, and smooth, leaving a balanced impression of sweetness and a final whisper of spice and toasted earthiness.
