this wine displays the structure and underlying spice that you look for in Wairarapa Pinot Noir. Ruby red in the glass, the nose has fresh aromas of bing cherry, hibiscus, tyme, and allspice. Light in the body, the palate shows soft tannins and balanced acidity. The finish has a complimentary touch of vanilla and mocha spice.
