It has intense aromas of raspberries, cherries, and subtle hints of vanilla, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is juicy and full-bodied, with firm yet fine tannins and concentrated fruit flavors, leading to a long and flavorful finish.

This wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and matures in American oak barrels, which add spicy and toasty notes. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered to maintain its authenticity.
