Cable Bay Viognier (14% abv)

Aromas of flowers and honeysuckle precede those of gentle oak spice and barrel ferment lees and nut qualities. As the wine opens up scents of peaches and pears and apple and quiter citrus qualities. There’s plenty of power on the palate with a natural spice and core fruit energy. Some fine fruit tannins and acidity layer in weight, complexity and mouthfeel. After 10 minutes in glass the varietal signature completely emerges with more spice and fruit, flowers and a touch of bacon. Well made, youthful , fresh and textured.
