Crafted in the traditional French style, Palisson Batch 01 is meticulously produced through the Charente method, employing double distillation in time-honored stills. Following distillation, the eau-de-vie is meticulously transferred to the Palisson cellar, where it embarks on a maturation journey lasting a minimum of 3 years within Limousin oak barrels, previously home to cognac.
